brighton
Brighton is where it all started with Clare Osbond and Tim Brown. They based this practise on psychoanalytic theory, character styles, Authentic Movement, 5 Rhythms and mindfulness practice.
DoA works as a developmental cycle – we dance with music through the phases of sensing, grounding, expressing, releasing, connecting and completing.
